Our strategy is to develop long-term partnerships with our manufacturing units. Our operations depend upon the smooth flow of high quality goods and services from our suppliers. Therefore, evaluating and understanding the performance of suppliers is critical to ensuring a well-functioning supply chain and to promoting CIAD’s own competitive position.

Every month, CIAD’s purchasing department evaluates major suppliers with Key Performance Indicators such as approval sample development, order delivery, QC pass rate and laboratory test conformity rates. The aim of this is to improve the performance level of key suppliers.
